Awaiting delivery

Your courier service provide ram is wasting everyones time, yesterday 7 July they notified me that my parcel is out for delivery waited all day they didnt arrive only for them to claim on their tracking platform that i was not available this is so ************ of them and calling them is a waste of airtime their call center is forever busy.

Another issue is rain not having a call center to call we email queries and have no cer*****y of when we will receive feedback...this online process is starting to become an inconvenience which will later be the downfall some companies who fail to meet and produce the service they claim they offer
