Rain as a company sucks. I cannot ever recommend doing business with them. They are unscrupolous ***** that take your money for 0 data _repeatedly. They do not operate as theit website indicates at all. I finally got the refunds I have been fighting for since 2 June - it is 14 August today. I have to single out and praise Thumba Mthombeni (rain CeC) for finally calling me and finally honouring the repeated refund requests.
