Avoiid rain service provider
I am getting absolutely terrible service from rain especially at night. I’m on the 479.00 per month package and pay my account diligently for this kind of lousy service. Reaching them to complain has also been unsuccessful. Typical of these service providers who take your money but don’t deliver of their service promises

04 Jan 2021, 20:24I received a automated response from rain asking for me email address to resolve my issues, which I duly rep**** on. To my dismay no further response from them and the bad service continues yet their debit order was deducted on time.
