Avoid using Rain! Quick to charge and virtually impossible to cancel!

If possible I would give 0 stars. I have been trying to cancel my rain subscription since the end of July. In August I tried again Reference Number: ***7 and again end of August Reference Number: ***3 which they rep**** to on 03 September, then again 06 September 2024 I tried to cancel. Today I called 23 September and it’s still not cancelled and due to their incompetence they going to continue to charge me until October! Cancel anytime, easy cancellation! Absolute no customer service, R600.00 adds up and up and they don’t care. Why am I the customer, paying for your staff’s incompetence? Not acceptable! I’m disgusted with this lack of service and utter incompetence. I will not recommend your services to anyone.
