Your technician was here today. He changed the position to face a different tower. Sent a speedtest to your e-mail adress. The signal is now even much worse.You can send someone to change it back to where it was previously!! We are at home tomorrow and the weekend. This needs to happen ASAP!! My son in law works remotely and attends meeting on a daily basis via MS Teams. I will expect my invoice to be credited until my signal is restored back to 100mbps+ as previously received!!! Contact me urgently!!

I had a missed call from your technician on Saturday. When I phoned back he indicated that they had already left the area thus the nothing was done. Awaiting you to dispatch someone else ASAP.

Your technician came by on Monday 16 May. He indicated that he will be submitting a report to you. He indicated that there is nothing he or any other technician will be able to do, as the router positioning as well as everything else seems optimal at my premises. He stated that the problem is without a doubt your infrastructure i.e towers that are not providing the required tower strength which could be due to lack of maintenance or too much usage which leads to poor signal. Take note and please notify your accounts department that I will not be held liable for an invoice for the month until your issues are resolved and my signal strength restored as per prior to these issues. Furthermore I am making queries with regards to fibre availability in my area and should I come right I will cancel your service without notice as your are obviously incapable of providing the 5G signal that I am paying for.  

Noted, however no indication as to what is being done to restore my signal. When will the issue be fixed? Are any steps being taken to resolve these issues or is it just being left in the air till whenever??

Any feedback on this....its been the whole month now signal still atrocious!!

I checked the invoice. Says R999.00. No provision had been made for a debit order this month in lieu of your communication. Must I send you the invoice to your e-mail to confirm? 

Its a week into June now, more than a month....surely by now the problem has been identified and addressed?? Signal still at poor every day...20 mbps. Don't get it..... 

It is the 17th of June now, 1 Month and 17 days since pathetic connection. I have reset the device on numerous occasions to no avail. Today's test is download speed is  5mbps. I will send screenshot to your e-mail address provided. Kindly ensure that the month is credited once again as nothing has improved. It would also help if someone actually phones us to assist with these issues and not just post messages. My son-in-law uses your service to attend meetings remotely. He has now incurred unnecessary costs in that he has to travel to attend meetings as MS teams does not work effectively. Furthermore at the current speeds we cannot stream or effectively use online services. We can basically WhatsApp and read mails. I await a phone call to explain what is going on this is ridiculous!!

My son in law is available today so that you can speak to him telephonically and explain the issues. Kindly confirm that we will not be billed for June.

Still no resolution to the issues or any explanation as to the reasons why the signal suddenly dropped from May. Your technician was straight to the point when informing me that your infrastructure is overloaded on usage or you are not maintaining your towers. You are therefore signing up users on premium packages which your infrastructure cannot carry.
I will ensure that my message reaches the public so that you do not continue profiting from these ********* tactics.

It is going onto 3 months now with no answers. Do you want to tell me that my signal can drop from 160 mbps upwards overnight and there is no one competent enough to see and remedy the problem. It is ludicrous. Credit my account accordingly and confirm same has been done. Also I am not happy that you pass a 50% credit and indicate to me that there is usage. The usage has increased due to the fact that we cannot stream and now have to painstakingly download with the terrible signal. Also from 29 June you did not contact us per telephone as promised. We need a resolution to this problem!!!

 My signal is now constantly at under 2 mpbs. I sent a screenshot to your e-mail. Also your last technician failed to secure the mast with router properly last time. It is leaning to the side. Need it to be rectified ASAP. It is long passed inconvenience. Your company is costing our household thousands of Rands monthly in travelling as virtual meetings cannot be done. Three months now you are waiting for a report? You people should fire every *********** person there or just shut down the company as it appears you can't run a tuck shop, never mind an internet service provider.....I also need feedback on the credit to my invoice ASAP.

We still awaiting feedback, and the credit has already been passed on to your account. There is no credit. When I log into my Rain account it states I am in arrears by the full amount of R999.00. Explain and correct. Revert to me when done.

You have now also suspended the service. There is no connection due to your failure to pass a credit on the invoice. I need this resolved urgently. Totally unacceptable!!!!

Have you passed a credit on the invoice as it needs to be paid by 1 September? Also I informed you previously that the technician you sent out previously did not fasten the router properly on the roof and it is leaning to the side. Are you dispatching someone to rectify this?

I paid the full amount due on 2 September 2022. there was no credit . I take it you will pass it for September x 2 now as my signal is still under 50 mbps despite your technician having come out. There has not been an improvement once again. We are heading into the 5th month now and I still have no explanation WHY the signal is bad. I need an explanation!!! I sent 2 test results to your e-mail again today.....Is there a senior person I can speak to??? Provide me with the contact details as we have made zero progress herein!
