Avoid using Rain.

I’m extremely frustrated with Rain’s service. My billing issue has been unresolved since November 2024, despite numerous calls and follow-ups over the past three months. No one has been able to assist, even after multiple escalations. To make matters worse, I’m dealing with constant network problems. After three years with Rain, I’m ready to move on.
