Avoid this business at all costs

Rain is the worst internet service provider I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

My internet connection has been unstable and unusable for more than 10 days now. I've called every day (sometimes twice a day) to follow up in the hopes that someone from their technical team with call back. I have been assured that the matter has been "escalated" although I have still not received any communication about what the real issues is and when it would be fixed.

This is extremely frustrating as I am a freelancer and need the internet to conduct my business.

Avoid wasting your time, energy and money with this company, they are absolutely useless.
