Avoid Rain Internet at all costs

When one deals with a company who makes sure that they CANNOT be contacted, one should know that it would better to stay clear

The service provided by Rain is sub-standard, erratic and totally unreliable. I tried to contact them by phone ***). Automated reply states that this number is not operational due to Covid-19. This is a common excuse used by companies who are inundated by calls from customers complaining about bad service

Callers are instructed to email ***. Bad idea; this email is also not operational. It instructs customers to use their link to a support page. This takes you nowhere. Lastly I tried ***; not surprisingly it is also not operational. No phone numbers are listed anywhere to contact Rain !

If this is the type of service and support that Rain offers they should rather close shop. This is just another company using Covid-19 as an excuse for bad service and incompetence
