AVOID RAIN!!! *****ELENT BILLING!!!
RAIN is a *****elent company. I cancelled my subscription in July but they kept on billing me. I have been trying to resolve this OVER BILLING since 02 November and during each call I have been promised that the issue will escalated and resolved within 7 - 10 days. See correspondence from them on 22/11/23 - "Rain’s reply 22 Nov 2023 at 15:59 Hi
Please note that the fund will reflect in the next 7 to 10 working days

NOT ONLY has the OVERBILLING NOT BEEN RESOLVED, they have even deducted another amount on 01 December. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! No Avenues are available to contact them except the Call Centre, who has NO authority of any kind. AVOID this company at all costs!!!

I have probably heard the escalation line more than 50times the last month WITHOUT any RESULT. When will this be refunded?? 7 - 10 wotking days??? Has someone with the required authority actually confirmed the refund??

Linray who works at HQ assured me that a refund will reflect in my account by today, yet this morning someone from their Call Centre called me(miracle in itself) and gave me the usual line that a refund has been made and will reflect in my account within 7-10 days. RAIN - You are *******. ANYONE reading this - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
