Avoid Rain 5G at All Costs – Horrible Service, Inept Support, and Poor Network Setup!

I am utterly disgusted and infuriated with the abysmal service from Rain. Despite subscribing to the Rain 101 5G plan, I am consistently experiencing upload speeds of less than 3 mb/s. This issue has persisted since I installed the service in November 2023, and here we are, months later, with no resolution in sight.

I have logged multiple calls, only to be met with the most *********** and inexperienced support staff imaginable. Their so-called "solutions" involve repeatedly resetting the device and repositioning it, despite me having already identified the optimal location. When I demand to speak to a manager, I am passed off to "ADVANCED SUPPORT," a title so laughably misleading it would be funny if it weren't so infuriating. This "advanced" team has NEVER resolved a single problem, leaving me stuck in an endless cycle of frustration and failure.

Rain's "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT POLICY" is a blatant admission of their complete and utter lack of effort or concern for their customers. It's beyond unacceptable. To add insult to injury, my Rain 4G phone service outperforms this so-called 5G service, which is nothing short of appalling.

This service is an absolute disgrace!!!
