I was advised that I would pay for January services on 1 February, and that would be the last payment. What you have said above means that this is correct - the payment you took from my account today, on 1 March, would have been for February, except the services were cancelled already! So, this is *****ulent activity on your part. I have not used your services since 31 January 2024.

The account was cancelled in January and confirmed. I should not have ben billed for February. If you failed to disconnect my connection, that is your fault and your problem, not something I should be paying for!

I have received an email to arrange collection of the device. Will my refund be processed before collecting the device?

The link provided does not work, message: 404 Error, site not found. How should I get the device to you?

So you take my money *****ulently, then fail to have a system that works to retrieve your device from me, and I need to use my time and resources to come and deliver the device back to you, otherwise i won't receive my refund. This is really really bad customer service and business practice.
