Avoid Rain 4G at all cost!!!

I should've have listened when they told me how bad of a service provider Rain is. I bought a sim and on the 7th of July it was delivered and activated, only to find out it does connect in my house. I decided to to cancel it same day after trying numerous times of trying to search for the best position for it to connect and failing, after that I asked for a refund and they told me i would have to wait till month end, and an employee from the support team would call which I never did receive the call. I got worried and called them after a week and they acknowledged my cancelation and told me they will be in touch, AGAIN!. They never did, fast forward i called again and they told me that the matter has been a escalated to a different department I should wait for them to contact me either by email or phone call, and they never did again. I decided to call them myself again last week and nos they said the matter has been escalated to the billing department. I should have received my refund by the 1st but I haven't, and there was also no communication from them as to why?. Protect your peace by avoiding rain at all cost!.
