Avoid getting rain by all means.

This is the worst internet provider available. I highly recommend staying away from rain. I had the home basic package and up graded to the premium package witch is supposed to be 100mb +, when I do a speed test it doesn't even reach 30mb. I have screen shots of the speed test, Netflix doesn't even loads, YouTube buffers and it's really annoying when you have the highest package and it doesn't deliver. Every time I call to resolve the issue they tell me to restart my router, when I ask for a reference number they tell me they not done with the process. I'm definitely considering canceling and taking 5G with MTN or Vodacom👍
