Attend to my problem

It’s only been a week since I activated my rain SIM card. It only worked for about three days and it stopped working. Instead it says I’ve got “no service” after paying the full R479. First of all I’m a student. I’ve got online classes I can’t be paying so much money for a sim that doesn’t work. I’ve been missing so many things. On top of that I call them no response. I email them. Same thing. I dm them on twitter, Instagram and their online support page and nothing.
