Atrocious service levels

Terrible customer service, posted a bad review here about there atrocious customer service and they said they would call me back, still waiting for that call. Still waiting for the first one to call back and that was probably 2weeks ago now. To me this just shows me that they don't care 9ne whit anout customers. 😡
