Atrocious service

Rain is the place that nightmares are made from. I have trying since Saturday the 1st of March 2025 to get a hold of a agent at rain. You call them their robot answering tool sends you in farious directions, you send a email they send a response with go to the app, you go to the app it is not working and never was. I just refuse to understand how can you deal and pay a service provider where the service is nil. This is disgusting and I hope there is people out there that read up on our reviews before making decisions to pick rain as a network service provider because they will leave a bitter taste in your mouth. They will send you reference numbers bit will not follow up with the client
