Atrocious service

Inever expected to have high line speeds considering where I stay. Initially it was usable with relatively usable connectivity. THe last monthr so it has been **********ly bad and unstable. Forget about there "customer service." That exists in name only. Seen a Yeoline send the same cut and paste response to many a complaint. It is not my router, nor the sime as same things taken when we went to visit friends and family got fa better signal. I will be going to a new ISP in the near future as I cannot bear this terrible service and insompetent company imho
