Atrocious internet connection

Got their uncapped service, and I am able to download at 30kBps. It is unreal. Youtube videos can barely buffer, even Google Play Music suffers. They ignore you continuously and when I complain about my signal at home (which was supposedly covered), they check during the day and tell me that my location has signal. Guess what, I don't work from home. These guys have lost the plot. They can't seem to understand that I am at home after hours, and at work during office hours.
