Atrocious Customer Service Rain

I had the displeasure of having to deal with the rude *********** team at rain, I was being harrassed by an agent that does not read account notes, the agent constantly spoke over me, lauged at me, refused to allow me to speak to a manager, agent was bad tempered tempered and rude agents alleged name was Nomathema Mahlangu, This is a disgrace to Rain do you not train your agents? If you do you need to look into whats being trained. What about your complaints process is it not working? If anyone from Rain wants to look into this please read account notes and listen to previous call recordings.
