Atrocious Customer Service
Some of the absolute worst customer service I have EVER had. And I find myself missing Telkom's service... They are very quick to phone you when they want your business, but once you are on the system there's no way to get support.
The router's ethernet port is broken, and I cannot get a replacement. I have phoned multiple times to request a new one, but to no avail.
I would never recommend this business to anyone.
