At this point, if there was a -5 Rating, I'd rate it that twice. I logged a call last Thursday (20th) for no connection, I was told the towers surrounding my home were down and I'd hear from their technical team within 48hours, ticket has been escalated , that lapsed and I had to call and follow up, they said my ticket was still "in progress". Everyday since then, same answer, no new information (except today when they also blamed loadshedding) Why are the towers in my area so poorly maintained? This is the 3rd ticket I'm logging with the same root cause, in a span of 9 months. Can anyone there advise if this will be resolved this week? Do I need to make alternate arrangements for work as I have been so far? Refs: ******8748

Hi Rain, The information in your investigation report is the same as what I was told on the phone call 4 days ago, as mentioned in my review.

Are there any new developments in the process of resolving the issue?
Do we have a turnaround time for escalations we can hold you to?

HI @Rain, it has been over a week now, the router still says No Connection, is there still no progress or feedback regarding this issue?

Hi @Rain, it has been almost a month since this issue was resolved and yet I find myself having to log another one this morning. The router now is connected but has no internet? I have restarted and moved the router as your technicians usually advise. Can you please urgently resolve this?
