@rain network

I subscribed to @rain network in April and since then their network does not connect in my area, even though they confirmed it has coverage in my area. When i log calls to their support service, my calls are never followed up. Their call centre is mot in operation and I have been trying to unsubscribe without success. It is frustrating and the debit my account every month.
