At my ropes end

Don't know what to do anymore. Been whit rain less then two months It's been so bad now last week over hello Peter someone from rain helped and it got better for a few days and now it's really busy now most of the time no internet. I email no feed back I log a ticket and If I don't pick up when they call they close the ticket whit out trying to call back. Why do I have to pay if it's this bad What is it going to take Rain?
