At first l got a bad service from a supervisor by the name of Thabisile and then l called again and l was assisted by a consultant called Shireen. She listened to my problem and understood what l was talking about, she even went an extra mile to verify my query and came back to me less than 5min, she gave me an excellent service. I so wish other consultants could learn from her rather than not helping a customer. I’m so impressed with her customer service and l wish to rate her 100percent
