Assistance needed
I got ****** on Sunday and I reported the incident to them on Tuesday, and they have informed me that they can only blacklist the SIM card, not the device, and can only provide a reference number. However, the reference numbers they have provided are for a phone that I am not using. My insurance company requires an ITC number to process my claim, and it has been a week since I started this process with no resolution. Despite my daily calls to Rain, I have not received the necessary assistance.

21 Mar 2026, 11:52I was informed that I would receive a letter from Rain, and I assumed it would be an ITC letter. However, to my surprise, it turned out to be another SIM card.Yesterday, I received the SIM card and later got a call from Joy asking whether I had received the parcel. I confirmed that I had, and explained that I only need the ITC number. To date, I have been receiving emails that include my IMEI number; however, these communications do not contain the ITC number.Furthermore, my insurance provider only requires the ITC number. I have been informed that Rain does not block devices; however, I have previously been provided with references for devices that I do not use. I therefore do not understand why the same process cannot be app**** to the device that was ******.
