Ask Rain support does not exist!

Reference - #***0 The “askrain support” does not exist. Upgraded my line to 100mb and it doent work since. Been a week with no updates. Multiple emails sent, all instructions followed. Used to have 30mb with the router in the same spot.

Download seems okay upload is a problem at 1mb
The problem is that it is still intermittent.
Works for few minutes then its down for few minutes.
