I would like to advise Rain to host a workshop and have Mpumelelo Ngcobo teach the other call center agents how to provide excellent customer service. I was on the verge of canceling and this was my last call, his level of professionalism and knowledge put me at ease and gave me confidence in Rain again. He didn't even know I was going to cancel but he thoroughly assisted me to the point where whatever frustration I had was gone because I was now dealing with someone who doesn't behave like a robot and refuses to reason beyond "the system". Tip for customers : Next time you need to make a call to support/client care, ask for Mpumelelo Ngcobo 🤞🏼
