As for the operators, I think they do a great job and are all very patient and helpful. As for the service provider itself (Rain), I am now an expert at doing what I'm supposed to when their service fails BEFORE I even call them, that's how often they let me down. As someone who works online and literally earn by the minute, they are costing me a small fortune. On the plus side, when it works, most the time it works really well, especially late at night and very early morning.
