AS ALWAYS A STRUGGLE WITH RAIN TO DELIVER CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was Hijacked in November 2022 I contacted Rain and all the agents who assisted gave poor service with no solution. I have sent NUMEROUS of emails requesting feedback as to the way forward but nobody since November has responded . I need to know what I need to do regarding my Router that was in the car .

10 Jan 2023, 08:29Good morning i recieved the mail and i responded and again no reply . please can you stop scratching in my account as I did not pay it because there was no correspondence 2ndly I agreed to no debi check mandate for you to be scratching in my account .
i want to know is Rain going to pay the bank charges because of the lack of service and incompetence from your side my account was not paid.
i want the bank charges paid back to me
i asked for 2 months for assistance and it was null and void it for me to go to hello Peter to get some sort of response.
please get back to me regarding my bank charges as I did not agree to you scratching in my account daily
the agreement is for the 1st of every month only not every day !!!

10 Jan 2023, 10:08sorry but that sounds like a you problem and not mine. I'm still waiting on the reply mail from yesterday and also i never agreed for Rain to go digging into my account.
this is a RAIN ISSUE AS NOBODY EVER GOT BACK TO ME IN 2 MONTHS so either we come to an arrangement or I will go further as RAIN DIDNT RESPOND AND NOW IM BEARINGTHE INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED A MANAGER OR THE CEO OR EVEN BETTER THE CFO TO CALL ME !!!!!
