Arrears without having internet
I was out of the country and I did call that I won't be using internet I will continue when I come as I know Pay what use ,now I came back as my internet was off I paid 559 ,I received message I have outstanding of 559 again, I pay 279 again message and notification from FNB they tried to debit 559 I'm not happy at all why I'm paying what I did not use the internet was offline even both sims there's was no data or minutes please attend to this urgently or cancel this please I'm not happy at All

30 Apr 2024, 12:18I'm not happy at you guys still trying to debit my acc the plan was month to month how can I be in arrears without having internet which I did report I'm out of the country n both SIMs there was no internet even when I came back that's when I paid 559 to have internet now again outstanding guys please resolve this matter ASAP ur service is very bad I regret as my colleagues to me about ur bad service I gave u benefit of the doubt so the whole of March was out of the country so I'm owing for wat and I did change my date to 15th of every month so your consultant don't change on the system your service is very bad
