Area Network Issues

So from my last review, Rain CSD finally got back to me... however, I am back here cause we face another issue as a community. I am in the Mayberry Park area in Gauteng Alberton... Rain acknowledges there is an internet speed issue, after pointing out to the network technician to what the issue actually is... and i am sure Rain is aware of this issue for some time now, nothing has been done thus far to remedy the issue. So i have requested for an Snr member of the Rain management team to get in touch with me, lets see if this happens... I can subsequently so evidence that i am not the only person in the area that is having issues...
