Are you considering Rain? Rather reconsider!

The consultants give you incorrect advice and if you follow it, they make you pay anyway. In lockdown you receive HORRIBLE service as no one will phone or assist you. I've been dealing with payment issues since April 2nd. If you phone their land line it says it will put you through to a consultant and the just puts down the phone in your ear. I've been with Rain for a year now and a person would think that their services are great but it's not. And the internet speed isn't great either. Save yourself the trouble and rather go to a different internet provider. Rain only cares up until you have the sim card. Any issues after that? They don't care, as long as their getting paid. And they will make you pay even if you didn't use a service. Horrific service and ****py signal. Go to Telkom or Afrihost rather. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
