Are there even people working at Rain?

I would not recommend Rain to anyone. First of all you hardly get any connection and we have used it in different areas as we moved. Secondly we are battling to get it canceled for almost 3 months. No responds from them and unsuccessful calls to them. You are also unable to block them from taking money every month as they put the money through as a card purchase and not as m debit order. So on the end of the day you will need to change your bank account to prevent any further payments.
