I'd like to compliment one of Rain Data Network Service Provider employees, by the name of Thamsanqa Mbatha AKA N.K, for the excellent service he provided me last week. Ms. Mr N.K helped me to sort out my account after I discovered that there had been an unauthorized debit made from it a few weeks ago.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Mr Thamsanqa Mbatha's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
