Applying and getting my router was a breeze. Got the black Friday special for R1, what they don't tell you is you still have to pay the full amount straight after that. So it's false advertising that you only pay R1 to get connected. It's big **** to get people to join. I called the call centre and they said the sales lady didn't explain to me properly or I didn't understand but won't get my refund that they debited and they can't assist. Hope everyone shares this. It's absolutely ridiculous they answer that I got as a customer. Your promos are ****s.
