APPAULLING SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! My router stopped working on Sunday the 18th of May 2025 I immediately informed rain. They arranged a new router to deliver with CCD COURIERS . which took 10 days before I could received my router ,which is pathetical as I needed to contact the DELIVER GUY who tells me his at home and would not be able to deliver my router how flippen ridiculous.

Today been the 29th of May I received my router - its not working they say i must wait 24hours before it can be activated

I contacted them to arrange a credit for the 10 days of which i had no service the agents advise they'll assist and drop the call after speaking to the 3rd person he says his gonna communicate via email regarding my credit until now no response and my debit is scheduled to run on the first .

I will be shortly cancelling this service and take my money elsewhere . This is absolutely appalling service
