Appauling, waste of money and time. 0.01ms max

Promised minimal speeds of 5ms upload and download. Max of 15ms upload and download. First day, that's what I got. 2 months on, all day I only have 0.01ms upload and download at the most. No apps want to work accept for whatsapp because of network speed. It taken be about 13 minutes from tapping on this website to writing this review because of how slow it is. Literally stuck on 0.01ms. Absolutely appalling and they don't help either with your complaints.
