APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have never in my life experienced such TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service from a stupid airhead by the name of MATHAPELO!! Unfortunately I didn't get her surname but I'm sure calls are recorded and it won't be hard to pin point which was the rude idiot I spoke to. That one needs to be fired! She's wasting space for someone who actually understands what customer care is and takes her job seriously because clearly she doesn't and unfortunately she is giving RAIN a disgusting name! I want her to be dealt with because I will not leave this lying down! Especially when she hung up when I requested to speak to her manager! What kind of animals does RAIN hire??? I'm super appauled and disgusted by that MATHAPELO! BRING HER TO BOOK AS I WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED LIKE THAT!
