Appauling customer service

The level of arrogance , incompetence and lack of customer service I received from rain is appauling . I have been calling rain customer care line everyday since the first of December . I lodged a complaint in this platform and not once have they phone me to get details. They just closed the query and said it was sorted. Without even confirming with me. They don't give a damn about their customers . I have been using my airtime calling them everyday. I have paid for the service and I'm unable to access it. I continue to waste my airtime calling people who are not prepared to assist me.
