Apparently “prepaid” now means paying for services you stopped using.

I have had ongoing issues with Rain’s service and eventually decided to stop using it completely. I repeatedly tried to communicate this and requested that my account be closed, but instead I keep receiving messages saying I owe money. What is confusing is that I signed up for a prepaid service. How do I owe for something I did not use? I was under the impression that prepaid means you pay before usage, not afterwards. Despite asking multiple times for my account to be closed, I continue receiving payment demands instead of assistance or a proper explanation. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I would appreciate clarity on these charges and immediate closure of my account.
