Appalling service from Rain

Unpleasant experience with Rain. The problem started with having no internet y connection after I’ve made a payment. I call in and they advise that I’m in arrears and I ask for an account history statement and an explanation and the consultants put me on hold only to subsequently drop the call, one even hang up while I spoke. The service has been appalling in the extreme. I’ve asked for a complaints department to no avail, the run-around is frustrating.
