Appalling service from Rain and CCD couriers

I ordered the 5G rain and was promised that i'll get it within 5 working days. It's 6 days now, when I follow up with CCD couriers who are the designated courier company, I was told that if i want it, I must drive to Fourways to collect it or wait another week.
