Appalling service from Rain
I have seen awful services in my life but this one takes the cake and the icing too. App**** for Rain 5G, Got here and service does not work at all. Sim is not activated. After countless emails and promises to send a technician to look at the problem, nothing at all. 7 days later nothing for a service I prepaid R999 for. Appalling service. The rain customer makes you feel like they are doing a favour. Sent my cancellation notice today
