Appalling service from Rain
I’ve been frustrated for the past three weeks trying to get assistance from Rain. I’ve lodged numerous requests to get help with my router connection. I haven’t been assisted to date. I don’t get any reply nor feedback. I just want my money back! I’m done with you guys!
