Appalling service experience!
Appalling service experience! I've been offline for seven days without any explanation from Rain. They offer additional products for free, yet the one I'm paying for, connecting to Wi-Fi, remains undelivered. More than 30 tickets logged, zero responses. Numerous calls made, no answers, and I'm still not connected. Unacceptable!
