Appalling service

Rain is not.what they say they are. On the 28th of May I made a payment. Once I had made the payment the woman that assisted me told me I have to be present with my ID and proof of address when they deliver the package.

She mentioned that it would take 1 to 3 working days.

I told her that I am flying out and won't be present and she said well then they can not deliver.Why didn't she explain all this before pressuring the sale?

Nonetheless she 'changed' the contact details to.my mom's but not completely so.She messed up my mother's names and did NOT update her contacts into the system.I guess she was happy to have made her commission and couldn't give two hoots.

Now I sit overseas with an issue.She wants me to contact Rain and they claim the delivery is now 3 to 5 working days.

Please do not leave a good service provider for Rain.They are completely and utterly useless.I will organize for the bank to get my payment back.
