Appalling Service

I am appalled at the service received from Rain. My wifi has stopped working for a month now and no person from Rain has any idea how to assist. Ive had agents make me switch my device on and off on every call, taking me through a process that I, on the onset have told them I've been through. A complete waste of my time. I cant fault the agents for being so untrained when the managers are so incapable themselves. I have made numerous calls over the last month with the only outcome being "we will escalate this". Once i posted on this platform, I got sent a replacement router and the wifi still does not work.I have been promised a call back from management on a few different occasions- they have not once returned my call. So yet another months fees are due with no service. This has not only been a miserable inconvenience but a waste of my time and money.
