Appalling Service Again!

To say I am bitterly disappointed in your lack of service would be a huge understatement! And then again I think to myself I must be a very naive person because since day one of signing up with Rain I have had only bitter disappointment!!

If I had a customer that was relying on my services for their income and communication I know that I would make sure I did everything I could to assist and resolve their issues ASAP, especially since I have been reporting the issues over and over again!!

But clearly, Rain, have proven that they neither care a hoot about their clients - why should they - they will still get paid!

I truly thought that if I told you I had not been able to connect for a couple of days you would react by trying to do your utmost to set things right with your customer - but alas - no - not Rain!

Your lack of interest in your clients distress is appalling!

Again I tell you: MY DEVICE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONNECT AS I THINK IT HAS BEEN PUT ONTO A TOWER THAT IS NOT REACHING WHERE I AM - AND SO I ASK AGAIN PLEASE PUT MY DEVICE ONTO A DIFFERENT TOWER AS PER PREVIOUSLY AS I HAD LESS PROBLEMS! CURRENTLY I HAVE TO PUT MY DEVICE IN THE GARDEN AS THAT IS THE ONLY PLACE THERE IS SIGNAL.... SOME OF THE TIME! Truly Rain how difficult can that be and how long can that take - now waiting 3 days for assistance!
