Appalling service 😡😡

I am very disheartened with an appalling service I received from Rain I have called through over 10 times to their call centre for my network to be restored. I was told that my query would be escalated to date am sitting with no network. This is not only an inconvenience but putting jeopardy in my work I can’t attend to meetings nor make business phone calls to clients. This is really becoming a nightmare as I wake up to this disaster every day thinking that my issue will be resolved. When they call me calls get cut of I don’t know if is their stunt that they pull on clients. I have been with Rain from the day of their inception in business but this is all the thank you I get. I am beyond disappointed that I’ve never skipped even a single payment I made sure that they are paid on time always. I really hope that now that I’ve taken this route things will speed up.
