Appalling Service

I processed my Sim unlimited data order on 2/2/2020. They attempted delivery on 4/02/2020, however I was at wrk. Then I called up on the .4th to reschedule a new delivery date. That was for 7/02/2020 on Friday as I was off that day. Got a text msg past 9am to say my delivery is out for delivery. Then past 1pm I called rain deliveries to see where my order is as I can’t check online. They advise it on route then time passes it’s then pass 4pm I was told they do delivery only till 5pm. I called pass 4 pm they advise they still coming but no one came. Then finally when rain online tracking site wrked it said they couldn’t contact me even though my contact number is on the order and I received no email as they indicated they tried to contact or called me. This is Appalling service and now I must wait till next Tuesday for my delivery if they even deliver it ,as that is the day I’m off again .

Again something told me to call Rain just to find out if my Sim order is being delivered today 11/2/2020, as they didn’t come out on 7/2/2020. Guess what no records of my request for my sim to be delivered today, no they say they will send a request to delivery people to see if they can deliver. Also another funny thing was they tried to deliver yesterday and couldn’t coz I was not there or there to be contacted. Which is a ****ing lie!! No one called and I was at wrk when I ask specifically that the order be delivered today as I am not wrking. It looks like Rain don’t value their customers when they keep on lying about delivery a product or updating customer request on there acc for change of delivery due to the Lack Of Customer Service.
